Our journey, which began in 1978 under the visionary leadership of His Holiness Bangaru Adigalar, has been one of dedication, service, and remarkable achievements.
The primary mission of our Trust is to uplift and empower the underprivileged sections of society through our comprehensive initiatives in healthcare, education, and community service. We believe that by addressing the fundamental needs of health and education, we can pave the way for sustainable development and societal well-being.
At the heart of our efforts is the Melmaruvathur Adhiparasakthi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (MAPIMS). This institution embodies our commitment to providing world-class medical education and healthcare services. MAPIMS has grown to become a beacon of hope for many, offering free medical services and advanced healthcare facilities to those in need. Our annual Mega Eye Camps, Dialysis Centre, and various specialty departments ensure that quality healthcare is accessible to all, regardless of their economic status.

Through our educational institutions, from pre-primary schools to higher education colleges, we strive to provide quality education that empowers individuals and transforms communities. We place a special emphasis on women's education and empowerment, recognizing that when women thrive, families and communities prosper.
Our environmental and community welfare projects, such as the installation of water recycling plants, river bund strengthening, afforestation, and vocational training for differently-abled persons, reflect our holistic approach to development. These initiatives not only improve the quality of life for the people in Melmaruvathur and surrounding villages but also promote sustainable practices that benefit the environment.
