Anti-Ragging Policy and Measures at Melmaruvathur Adhiparasakthi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (MAPIMS).
It's crucial to uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. MAPIMS is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for all students. Ragging, in any form, is strictly prohibited within the institute premises. Students are urged to refrain from engaging in any activity that may cause physical or psychological harm to their peers.
Ragging is not only morally reprehensible but also a cognizable offense. Any student found guilty of ragging will face severe consequences, including suspension, expulsion, fines, or even imprisonment. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
We encourage all students to familiarize themselves with what constitutes ragging and to report any incidents promptly to the designated Nodal Officer for Anti-Ragging. Together, let's say no to ragging and foster a culture of respect, kindness, and inclusivity within our campus community.
